Heya Prophetess, yes, I saw it is actually Anne who is the CS and signs off on stuff- just saw it in the ANN and got confused. Looked up my previous post on calling the company- made in September 2011- post 7159916, and this gent seems to have gone, too. It was Chris Woodward, who was CFO (sorry Burnett for confusion), who resigned October:

The new CFO is Mark Wratten, under Management, not Board, on the HST website.
