not sure about that RP. According to genesis before Adam and Eve sinned they made no connection between shame and nakedness. But the first thing they did when they got busted by God was to try to hide their nakedness because of shame. So it would seem to me that according to bible theology Sin, Shame and Nakedness are all long time associates.
