This REIT has maybe the most ST upside IMO of the Aussie propetry trusts. With 55 NTA and Mirvac shopping around a potetial full sale I think from current SP this is worth a punt. It generally trades under the radar but even if liquidated at a massive discount to current book value it's going to generate reasonable returns for new holders!
