Frankie has a valid point of view. No good news on the horizon anywhere that i can see. Deteriorating employment, falling house prices.
Whether it is as dire as he says is debatable, however it is definitely not good. I am keeping my powder dry for the moment and certainly exercising high caution. I like to be an informed investor and right now that is a difficult thing to be.
