Wheepo it was a big step for me to pull out and stay out until the DOW recovered. Basically if the DOW is down, i pull out...simple as that. If I take a 5% loss then thats ok, i will make it back later times 3.
The beauty of doing it this way is that I get a good nights sleep for a start and I can just spectate now while the market goes to peices on days like this instead of counting my losses. If the DOW is up, im in on oversold stocks in the right sectors..
