It all seems fairly simple to me (or have I missed something?)
The Yanks invade a sovereign country (Afghanistan) on not much more than a hunch,and remove a guest of theirs, one David Hicks and charge him with "aiding the enemy"
Who do they think they are kidding?
I reckon I could defend Hicks myself in a normal court(not one of these kangaroo things that the Yanks have set up.)
