It seems you have misunderstood the point of the OP


It is 2026 and the world is gripped by climate change and there will be many millions of environmental refugees.

The most obvious place for many is the relatively underpopulated continent of Australia.


But we have had luck as the north is getting wetter so we can build the capacity for at least 100 m people and long term we can rival the USA.


Then Australia will be a world powerhouse with nuclear capabilities.
