but you can’t buy a $20m product with less than a million in the bank, and giving away over 50% of your share structure at current prices
- where were they planning on getting the 10m cash anyways? Only option here is more shares? So effectively 20m in shares would have left 33% of the register for existing holders, after a 25:1 dilution only months ago
he needs to do better, or One of his other companies will gobble it up
