City of Hope is a great name for punters, but I'm not sure what lasting value it has for shareholders at IMU, IMU used it as a distraction for lousy results. The last time the shares spiked it was on the back of the Oncalytic virus and the "cure all types of cancer" news. I'm not sure what is driving the share price at IMU right now but when it comes to biotech if you sell on the spike 90% of the time you will make the right call.
As for SUD it is probably buying time. If Hopper is here then something is brewing. He has a great way of throwing burly and attracting all manor of fish.
