CAPEX required for HPMSM will temper any rebound? Heard that question many a time on other forums prior to the release of SS and PFS for LTR and CXO. Since they have released to the market their respective share price is up many multiples even following raisings.
If the revenue numbers are compelling (many of us here believe that they will be) then their is little to temper the interest of new investors and existing holders.
