It would appear texreport is a paid subscription service for any details beyond the title. Do you have details beyond this title? Was the reduction relative to a targeted price increase or an absolute reduction? How big was the reduction? (targeting $5.70-$5.80 and then the offering at $5.50 would be offering it at a 20-30c reduced price).
