OHM quarterly confirms the price at the end of December 2021 for 44% Mn was US$5.60and
The chart below is my attempt to mirror the percentage reported movements on Fastmarkets website. The percentage I'd estimated for the end of December was +34.4% which equated to US$5.59 (using a one year ago guess of was $4.16).
Yes there is a decrease from a peak in November. But overall this looks to me to be trending upwards. If this broad trend continues, a break upwards to US$6 looks more likely than a break down to below $5, but both are possibilities.
