not sure where the selling has come from recently. Probably someone who doesnt realize how much Mn actually comes from Russia. I'm with you on the potential of a very unwanted t/o bid but i can assure you that justin will be holding out for a much higher price and i wouldnt be surprised if like myself he is not a seller - period.
