Hey NAF, I got one a few weeks ago when I asked about the recent choice of shipping vessel and queried if it was due to lack of stock/production or available ships (turns out it was the latter). Despite being one of the people who have heard back from JB I strongly agree that the communication is lacking (I mentioned this in the email too). It's not sustainable for him to be personally answering a bunch of emails from investors, but the way he stops those emails is by regular communications to market through announcements, presentations, short form interviews with proactive and extended deep dive interviews with other content creators like Crux.
I'm with Johnny on this one - I hope the silence is due to the fact that he is busy/unable to answer due to non disclosure rather than there being a critical issue with the operation. If it gets much worse I'll head down the street and bang on his door (I'm in the area of his offices haha).
