So E25 has a problem that it expected to get 1kt/day of throughput from production facilities and the HY report notes they are not achieving this (hence why we haven't received announcements about delivering nameplate).

Many many businesses face this problem of production bottlenecks. They are just a part of business, its managements response that really matters. There usually are only two solutions - alter the process so it works as orignally expected or add capacity. Sometimes that capacity is hiring extra people. Sometimes its extra equipment. Todate E25 has been trying the first solution (alter the process). Is it about time they shift to implementing the 2nd option of adding capacity to remove the bottleneck. Good management would do this.

On a good day the existing equipment delivers over 1kt/day, but on a bad day it doesn't. Despite it not working as intended, sufficient capacity has existed to produce and ship 93,991 tons before the departure a couple of days ago, so circa 130kt after that. With an increase in capacity (potentially as much as doubling), even the existing ore processes systems can deliver >1kt/day of processed ore. The capex to do this isn't cheap but its affordable and within the cash resources E25 has available. It shouldn't be more than $13.4m as that was the estimated cost of capex for doubling all aspects of production. The additional operating costs while annoying are better than continuing to operate at ineffiicently low volumes. On the upside, if they figure out solutions for the existing processing, they can apply it to the additional capacity added and be nearer 750kt very quickly.

This would stop the bleeding of operational losses. Operational profits would then quickly replenish cash to impement earlier expansion plans, which in-turn would assist to fund a High Purity plant.
