I haven't seen not even a miligram yet.
agree with others, ducks are not in a row. Get production rate or declare what is the production rate achieved by line 1. Then move to line 2 firmly and quickly with lessons learnt on line 1.
insisting on nameplate, given outcomes to date, is not going to raise the market value.
