Stage 1 (NPV $583M) is now fully developed - $583M / 148M shares = $3.90/share
Stage 2 (additional NPV $557M) not developed - $557M / 148M shares = $3.70/share
Stage 3 (NPV ~$1.2B) not developed - $1,200M / 148M shares = ~$8.10/share
Stage 2 is about to firmly start any time now..... Stage 3 will make first steps in a few weeks.
