I can see a mutually agreed deadline extension but not a missed deadline. Stellantis was to be provided 20 days to review the feasibility study (FS) and to enable that, the deadline for Stellantis to back out of the deal based on a review of the feasibility study was extended to 15 May. I think any reasonable person would consider if Stellantis were to back out of this deal based on the FS review it would be price sensitive. The absence of an announcement means they accepted the condition, as they did conditions 1 and 2.
E25 have been granted until 30 June to get financing sorted. That deadline is looming but it hasn't been missed.
