Market is only waking up to this today. I doubt E25 wants to get into the lithium game as it has enough on its plate, and I am sure TG6 would love to access to this adjacent ground. Scrip and royalty arrangement seems the way to go, covering all potential minerals. Or perhaps an 80% farm in deal, leaving E25 with 20% upside. TG6 has tight register and probably want to keep it that way. Having a block of scrip on the register that could be used to put pressure on price might not be palatable.
Reading Chargers quarterly, they are clearly keen to have someone farm in to their tenements. Would make a heck of a lot of sense for one player to control the entire area from the point of view of efficiencies.
Clearly the macro picture is dreadful. However, down at these SP levels, is like having 80% off the latest flat screen TV, so I am buying a few here.
