E25 is looking for a project manager for the US factory

Element 25 is an ASX-listed company (ASX: E25) operating its world-class 100%-owned Butcherbird Manganese Project in Western Australia and developing capabilities to produce (HPMSM) high purity manganese sulphate monohydrate in Louisiana USA, for the electric vehicle market.

This is and newly created role and an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing battery materials company undergoing a period of continued growth as they support development in the battery sector in the USA.

We are seeking an exceptional individual who has a proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects from development planning, procuring financial approvals, prime contractor(s) award and leading a team through to implementation, commissioning and start-up.

Responsibilities:

· Provide guidance to and oversight of the FEED/EPC firm(s) and other third-party contractors in all aspects related to the project, including technical specifications, designs and drawings, execution planning, procurement, contracting, logistics, construction and commissioning.

· Work with the Leadership Team to develop and implement project execution plans for the HPMSM project.

· Manage the scope, cost and schedule control of the project. Monitor and manage progress, deliverable quality and scope to ensure successful completion of all process project phases on time and within budget.

· Provide input to the construction contracting strategy and procurement strategy. Assist commercial teams with technical support in supply chain activities.

· Contribute to the constructability planning during the engineering phase of the project.

· Define and set appropriate standards for engineering, safety and all aspects of compliance.

· Promote teamwork, communication and proactively maintain team morale and the Company core values.

· Help to create a culture of positive performance and engagement with the goals of E25.

· Lead by example to create a strong and positive health, safety and environment culture.

Requirements:

· Extensive experience and achievement in leading and managing projects in the chemicals industry with at least 15 years’ experience in projects and operations, across the full project lifecycle.

· A 4yr degree in Metallurgy, Engineering, Project Management or similar relevant discipline. Further qualifications in project management methodologies would be advantageous.

· Direct project management accountability for planning and construction of significant capital value projects of at least $300m+ total installed cost.

· EPC or EPCM and Client side experience is desirable.

· A capable, collaborative and decisive leadership style.

· A strong industry network and ability to build a high calibre owner’s team and project implementation system.

· Demonstrated experience in leading successful health, safety and environment programs.

· Advanced communication skills, both verbally and written.

· Must be authorized to work in the United States.
