There are 1001 + reports like this one covering Biden's mandatory orders for 50% of all new cars manufactured to be EVs. Would not surprise we wake up one of these mornings and find a multinational or one of the many ESG and sovereign wealth funds(many currently with deep pockets) make a takeover offer. $2.70 - $2.90 per share would be a low ball bid and unfortunately probably enough to get it over the line. Speculation of course but with soo many government's around the world making such pledges we are prey to the masses.
