Sure, but on what basis? They would have to truck the ore back to the coat and secure a suitable site… What else?
Being near infrastructure could reduce the costs of bringing FIFO workers to site, shipping costs of the chemicals used in the purification process, etc etc. Being connected to the grid would also be advantageous.
