I believe that management doesn't want to make the appearance of being a castle in the sky. They probably believe that it's a better to look to deliver results on their current project (the ore) before releasing projections about their next operation (the HPM).
Why should investors believe any forward looking projections about advanced chemical processing before they have proven themselves with ore?
if this is the case it proves that they are a class act. It also means that they'll drop the pfs soon after the quarterly. This is just my reasoning so take it with a grain of salt.
