”aimed at extending the length and quality of life of patients”
means OSL device can relieve symptoms and prolong life, imo but it is not a cure for cancer. imo
This will also affect TGA and patients selection.
i believe "extending the length and quality of life
of patients" is good enough to have its own commercial value.
