I don't think there is any question that "extending the length and quality of life of patients" is good enough to have commercial value. The prognosis for Pancreatic cancer is notoriously poor and there is little in the way of effective therapies currently available. OncoSil does not need to be a "cure", just demonstrating significantly improved patient outcomes will still result in a commercially successful product IMO.
TGA approval or delay is going to have a significant impact on the SP one way or another, it's just a shame we can only sit and wait to see which way it goes!
