The POC, by itself, is not the reason why we have fallen so far, from 43c(March 7,2014), to penny dreadful levels,now(again!). The market doubts TGS's capital management skills , so management needs to show , in our next 2 quarterlies, that their way is a profitable way. The timing of paying out the "millstone",Gecamines ,is unfortunate, but hopefully,in hindsight, will be a real gamechanger.
