I have found since being on HC I have

1. learned a lot from reading posts from people I consider savvy and applying that in my own little way with a bit of trial and error. HC is part of "Doing my own Research"

b. no, 2. to get to the point of trading without emotion/ego I have to have trade with it to see how badly it can affect you. (I'm getting better)

3. To trade with a plan, I have had to trade without one to see how important it is to have one. I have found if I have a plan in place, point 2 doesn't come into play as much.
