Prior to that waynoooo said " on track" and that they were pleased with progress, check out the 30 pictorials--- he entered into a contract which he couldn't satisfy and he then renegotiated so that sino would invest in lieu of payment and hold / delay the balance of cash payments
The plant seems to be operating but what it sticks in one end doesnt equate to cash at the other
WHY? Why was the last resource used to sell shares abandoned ( all the valuables conbalt etc) cause it's got nothing- you can have an 300 m plant, you can convince ppl to swap Their creditors payment for scrip, ,,
