for $250m? I certainly doubt it too

my guess is they are trying to pull off a corporate deal to avoid a capital raising, this takes time and no doubt they cant share the progress with the market as its confidential

given the activity in the coal space you just need to take a view on the assets and what people have been willing to pay, for $30m there are certaintly worse assets you could buy for that price
