A lot of the personnel at FAR are ex BHPP.
My guess is that someone will take a ping at FAR & CNE.(Total is my wag)
WPL will likely snap up FAR to have a controlling interest in the joint venture to ward off Total.
Then they will ultimately take out CNE.
