Hi B4, nobody can offer COP more. They can only offer CNE or Far more to execute their pre-emption.
I agree with you that everyone seems to be writing off CNE yet they have been known to have access to revolving credit facilities of up to a billion dollars. Not sure of their current status but I'm sure they could easily get the money.
