Depends FAR CEO speaks French and doesn't need a translator to read the agreement not sure about the others. Total lawyers would have no problems at all.
Once arbitration is completed we have a competent answer and move on- doubt any timetables have changed.
Not sure WPL do anything fast - KOSMOS Jubilee field in Ghana into production is fast
Maybe smaller and faster is better for Senegal as opposed to bigger and slower.
