Your post goes to show how complex this process is and how the finer points are probably being picked at by lawyers qualified in these areas. Some of the simplistic posts on this forum demanding explanations from FAR just go to show how naïve many shareholders are and how little they understand about corporate games at this level. Still of the firm belief that FAR have been told to stay stum for a very good reason.
