So, given that the press release may have accurately captured the exact clause in the signed State agreement and which Todd are now trying to downplay for obvious reasons, do the Todd owned reps on our board participate in negotiations?
Other than "leaving the room", how do we ensure that our management negotiate the best deal for us with Todd?
