Does anyone know the legalities surrounding what appears to be non-disclosure of price-sensitive information by QTK?

It seems clear to most on this forum for some time now that the company is no longer pursuing - or have lost - their once most publicised contract. They have failed to give the most basic of progress reports for many months now on what they are doing in China. This, along with fanciful claims of having "maiden profits", brand-new contracts and crooked forum posters seems quite culpable to me.

I think that anyone watching this stock for the length of time we have would have noticed that official news is only forthcoming when a capital raising is in sight.
Throughout the last 2-3 years, people have noted very suspect price action - small prices at the end of the day to prop up the price, large dumps of stock after forums being flooded with "it's gonna blow", directors pursued by ASIC, directors resigning...

Rather than endlessly discussing it on this forum until the almost inevitable bankruptcy is declared, has anyone taken this matter further into any official/legal realm?

For investors in this stock, how can they possibly make a judgement on the risk of their investment without ANY real figures? In-between compulsory reporting that shows the company's dire financial situation, there are feel-good reports with no substance, plans or figures.

I think most people agree that this company should not be trading when there is no evidence that it can remain a going concern. The directors cannot even account for exactly how this extra 3 million is supposed to finally tip the scales in their favour. If you or I asked someone for 3 million dollars, the first thing you'd want to do is explain what the hell you're going to do with it - especially if you've squandered several million before that.
