I'd just like to add that the deal will be multiples of the current market cap, going by past partnership deals of this type. Those out really will miss the boat big profits are made by being in early and it is still early. . It will be most likely a catalyst for an extreme gap up with non holders being locked out on the day of the biggest profits.

With phase 2 about to start possibly as early as February. It is basically a count down to the funding announcement. This is not a risky entry at this time in my opinion, with the company indicating due diligence is being completed by a prospective partner. What is about to unfold makes my head spin. Lol
