    My belief up until recently is that the Nasdaq movements would let us know when news to about to come. However, that hasn't been the case for some months. The ASX price and volume movements have on occasions indicated news well before any announcement first. For example the spike on the ASX the week prior to Amgen announcement. Throwing it all into the mix I predict the deal has been done and Amgen will pay $1.50-$1.70 a share for 20%. This is all my opinion only
