    I don't expect Amgen to be underhand. On the surface, they hold the best potential way forward for UNIS. IMO, its a case of how much AS is prepared to bend over and spread to get that deal signed off. I'm sure if this deal is not ratified, there will be the next tier of 'interested parties' to negotiate with albeit possibly with not as favourable funding as the Amgen deal.
