    Depending on Ramp. I'd prefer to see them get 100MM - 150MM to cover the ramp and CAPEX.

    They might be structuring a strategic transaction so that operating cost is covered under the note and CAPEX under a CR. The note will be paid through discount on products. That way there are no worries on UNS's part as to when AMGEN might ramp.
