don't worry too much @Kunleesp about the delay. i read through the history of a few companies who also did a reverse takeover (RTO) and they also had delays. if you look at RAP for example (had RTO with narhex life sciences), it took them 9 months to get from their 'heads of aggreement' announcement to their 'completion of acquisition' announcement --- and look where they are now --- up to 14 cents from 2 cents.

all i am saying is that delays are not unusual with RTOs. I'm sure alex and his team are doing their best to acquire gridcomm, i mean, who wouldn't? it's a disruptive piece of tech that has massive global potential and profitability. if i was ODN, i would do everything to acquire gridcomm. In my opinion, and please do your own research, I'd hold and hope for the best. cheers!
