If you want to see something really scary - do what I just did with 3 hours of free time; look at all the announcements and threads in HC for ODN - especially the older ones (2008-2011).

I'm no expert, but IMO this IS just some sort of PE Shell company that has made numerous unsuccessful plays at various things over the years (http://www.*.com.au/archives/in_brief/2766) but has spent most it's time sitting just a fraction above zero SP.
