My point being... why wasn't the topic of money limitations leaving china without approval raised by either MSR or the Chinese ?
You wouldn't convince anyone that neither party knew about this hiccup !!
As for the last release of the new acquisition they, MSR, stated a further update in November would be provided ... as Maxwel Smart would say... missed it by that much
Any why the secrecy about the deal????
