yeah its like all these deals until the final agreement who knows what really happening but i think we all know Elliot Fund comes first SEA shareholder second.

Elliot in paper again lately re bhp corporate structure - so u know whatever happens if Elliot involved its going to get interesting but I think current shldrs shld worry about one thing as rest is completely out of their hands and that is will my individual share hlding go up in value as a result of any transaction - who knows where we will end up but if 20% of xxx end up being better then 100% of yyy then ok but only time will tell & thats if elliot let you keep the 20% and enjoy growth later on

As to elliot taking common stock - well I dont think this is the only transaction we will see - he will may have a broader strategy and SEA at the moment is a very simple operation, comparatively, with simple balance sheet and once they have control they can pretty much do anything they like - which they will do to stack odds in their favour - SEA just offers conduit if you like which will self sustain whilst they play around with assets. Elliot dont muck around.

GC at 82$ yeah was surprised at that, we can see the impact of what market thinks when oil goes to high and then rig count goes up and everyone starts thinking all the DUCs will be pumping away w/in 24 hours. I think pundits think Saudi are going to want elevated prices for their ipo later in year.

I think like citi they,GS, may be banking on some supply disruption and some conflict somewhere. Its a bit difficult at moment to get a real handle on where oil will settle but I thiink 45 - 55 is now replaced with 55-65 with some volatility around there.

If get to 80 odd and the backend of the curve gets up around 65 or more then that is going to be a great opportunity for the small oilers to shore up risk.

sea - they cant grow with no cash injection - survive yes, grow no.
