My understanding is the big players aren't afraid of JVs they just move slowly. There is a chance it happens before Christmas you never know.
Regardless of the flow rate I believe it won't affect the deal, there's just too much gas under there and Shell know it.
The left field partner for me is Santos. They start drilling early next year.
