@Chianti, you have been in ever since I can remember and certainly since I have been in. We are sitting on quite low averages and both believe in A2 and have fought posters on this very site who were anti A2 for various reasons.
I understand your passion and annoyance and have marvelled at it in the past, but getting this wound up won't solve anything.
I agree that JH's actions were poorly communicated, however they were done in the same window that all Management i.e. Geoff, sales have been done previously and we did not have such a negative reaction. She still has options up the wazzu and her LTIP and STIP are dependant on the company doing well.
Any news from A2 that is not over the top amazing will be pitched as negative as there are still 23M shorts out there, that is $230M at risk to someone.
What do you think a strike against the board woudl achieve? Again it would be a shorters dream and the price woudl head down, then all the "I told you so's" would pop out from under the rock they hide under to drive it further down. I know that you and I can hold but there are many who would be in trouble.
JH needs to explain her actions, we need to get her and the board to understand that this sort of thing must not happen again without a detailed explanation....then we need to move on and make mo money...
