Looking at the attendance on screen for some of the games especially 20/20 if they really wanted to try and promote Aus cricket they should of been handing out a few hundred free tickets so they didn't look like skeleton matches. Who really wants to go to the next game when they see the grounds empty on screen.
Some places they actually pay people to attend fucntions so it always looks at capacity.
Not exactly good advertising televising empty grounds.
