Does anyone know exactly what QFX mean by paying customer?
From the quarterly:
Trialists are customers on a trial.
Paying customers are customers who purchase a service (subscription, pay per view or pay to own) during the quarter.
To what group do trialists who purchase a pay per view or pay to own belong?
Both the graph and the tables treat them as mutually exclusive.
Is this then the true definition of paying customer; customers who purchase a service (subscription, pay per view or pay to own) during the quarter minus trialists who purchase a pay per view or pay to own during the quarter.
From the quarterly: Monthly receipts per customer = $15.27 Receipts from customers for quarter (3 months) = $501400 Therefore 501400/(15.27*3) = 109452 = paying customers. Not the reported number of 99515. It also appears that of the 11199 trialists all but 485 have purchased a ppv.
