The cause of a bus fire that closed Melbourne's West Gate Bridge, playing havoc with rush hour traffic, is yet to be determined.Police said the bus caught fire on the freeway about 5.45pm on Monday, forcing all lanes to be closed.Two lanes re-opened just before 7pm but emergency services remained on the bridge amid continuing delays.A bus has burst into flames, causing traffic havoc on Melbourne's West Gate Bridge.
