That's interesting, yasch. I was just this last week thinking about US Union pushback on robotics, given Oz (FBR) have recently landed their robotic brick layer on your shores for qualification purposes and wondered what the US builder's union would make of it, given it could put bricklayers out of work. (My apologies for the unintended cross promotion but thought it pertinent in terms of US Union activity and robotics in the West). Another layer of protectionism to consider.
Nevertheless, the world has entered interesting phase with the lightning speed of high tech "everything" and the synergy of modern robots in the manufacture of EV's is changing the dynamic for better and cheaper. Reminds me of that old saying: "Nothing stops progress." - not even unions .
