As with any vehicle (EV or ICE), towing requires more energy/fuel per km. At 330Wh/km Harald is using up 66kWh over 200km. I suppose he needs to recharge around every 2 hours of driving (which is a good time to take a break from driving). He'll be spending around 45-60 minutes to recharge at each break using a 75kW charger, giving him time to look around the local area while driving around the country. Sounds OK to me when you aren't pressed for time.
